Sayso Shades Warranty
Sayso Shades are warranted against any defect in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase (with valid proof of purchase). This warranty is void if original lenses or frames are altered. Sayso Shades will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Sayso Shades found to be defective—exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping costs.

To give your sunglasses the longest life possible it's important that they are properly cared for. Read our lens care article for proper cleaning and caring instructions.
How do I submit a claim?
If you purchased your sunglasses within 12 months, have your proof of purchase and are not submitting a claim because of scratched lenses, click the following link to begin the warranty process.
